I think I will like these gloves. Supple leather, good fit. However, right out of the box, it had a loose heat wire inside. Had to send them back. Taking longer than necessary to receive a replacement, as the post office had to forward it somewhere else after arrival in town. This from the shipping label that Gerbing provided. Two weeks from my door in AZ to their door in NC. Ooof!
Yes, I recommend this product.

the heated glove that you conect to the bike battery can olso work on a rechargeble battery ?

i like to use the glove on the bike while driving and olso while i am using my snow blower for a few hours?
I have read reviews that heated gear by battery does not work very well. Likely not for a few hours too. Kinda costly for the OEM battery system too.

can I plug into cigarette lighter port and use the heated gloves

I have a port on my handlebars. can I adapt the gloves to plug into the port instead of going to the battery?
Guess you could find an adapter from the coax plug on the gloves to a 12v port. But I think you need a controller to use them effectively. You need to moderate the glove temp based on the temp of the wind and wind velocity. And then you would have a wire dangling from your hands to the bars, a potentially hazardous condition. I would spring for the controller and connect it to the battery, with the wires running up the jacket and your sleeves. Better still, get a heated jacket so you can plug into the bottom of the jacket, then connect the gloves to the wire in the sleeves.
