Givi Monokey 52 Liter Trekker Case The new 52 LiterTrekker bag is a great solution for adventure bikes, or just those with an adventurous spirit. Elaborately trimmed in anodized aluminum (52 liter case only), this bag is not necessarily specific to just enduro bikes, it can also be a luxurious accessory on the elegant ones. The 52 liter case dimensions are 23.6 wide x 18.1 deep x 12.4 tall and it uses a one-piece lid and will hold two modular helmets. Please Note Givi E142 Luggage Rack shown in the first and third images is sold separately.

After riding on a weekend trip with this case, I am starting to really like the size. I have it on my '12 Vstrom 650 and it fits it well. The mounting system is very sturdy. It is easily big enough to fit two large helmets inside. I generally put my extra visors, gloves and water inside. Very good construction. My only gripe would be that the cost is a bit high, but seems that way with all luggage.

Is the lid one or two piece?

The description mentioned that a toggle inside the lid will enable the 1/4 opening position. But from the picture and the 2nd part of the description (1 piece lid) the 52 liter version of the top case does not allow for the 1/4 opening option. Is this the case?
there is no toggle inside for 1/4 opening. The case opens a little more than 100 degrees and stops with two rubber string things mounted on both sides of the case.
