At the closeout price, I don't think you'll find a better deal. Boot has decent protection, and you can walk pretty well in it. Used it for 2 all day rides so far, temps were in the low 30's, feet were fine. Any colder and I'm sure I'd start to feel it. Half sizes would be nice, the 43 fits fine, but only with a very thin sock. As stated previously, you can just take the insole out for more room, and they do scuff easily, but feel like some great protection.

I was using these with the Gerbing's heated jacket liner. The liner is great, provides plenty of heat, like riding with an electric blanket. The gloves provided warmth, but nothing like the jacket liner. I exchanged the first pair because one of the fingers was too bulky compared to the others. Second pair was a good fit, but I went down with these on. I still had my hands on the grips, so the left knuckle went down to the skin. When I landed on the right side it was palm down, so the glove is OK, but my wrist was messed up for a while. There is minimal to no protection in a crash, which is the main reason I wear gear. I'm considering trying the FirstGear carbon gloves, at least they have some protection. Not a bad glove if you know you're never going to crash....

It's hard to find a mesh jacket that fits well, and has decent armor. This jacket does both. I'm 5'9" 160 and ordered a small-perfect fit. Air flow is good in the arms, but the windscreen on the ZX14 keeps most of it off my chest. Titanium in the shoulders is a nice touch, and I like the collar to help keep your neck from getting sunburn.

Great shoe for the money. This would be the MINIMAL amount of protection I'd want to be riding in. I went down at 80mph on the left side so hard the bike came up and went down on the right side, breaking off the left peg and more. All my gear was trashed except for the shoes. My feet would have been mangled if I was wearing anything less. My left toes and ankles were sprained, and they're still sore 3 weeks later, but the only damage to the shoe is a few stitches off the toe. I'll probably glue and wear them until I upgrade. They get hot in warm weather, but for the price it's a steal.

Only wore them twice before bike was stolen. Wore them in 90 degree humid weather, hands were completely dry when gloves were removed. Tried Dainese Joust in Large prior to these, my middle fingers went numb after wearing them for about 20 min. the palm area was loose and the grip is not even close. The Power gloves are AMAZING so far. The quality is outstanding and you really feel protected with these on.
Pros Great Value, Rugged, Fashionable, Comfortable
