A co-worker of mine recommended this bluetooth headset to me and I'm glad he did. I purchased a pair of these. The two headsets came paired so that all I had to do was pair my phone with my unit. My dad and I rode from North Carolina down to Daytona Beach for Bike Week 2013. The headsets made the trip much better. We talked the whole way down. We just left the intercom open.
It was really cool that I didn't have to wait for him when getting back on the Interstate. Several times I would pass a few cars and he would get stuck behind in traffic. He would just say wait up and I could back off the throttle. It often came as a surprise that he was back out of sight in traffic because he sounded like he was right beside me. If we got about a mile or so apart then the intercom would cut out, but as soon as we got back in range we could get it started right back up with a quick push of the jog dial.
