Could not speak more highly of this product. All the items included for either clip-on or adhesive mounting and two microphones for a low price is great.

I bought two dual packs. Gave three away to my riding buddies. Sena had a software upgrade to 4.1.1 and I tried to upgrade it. The procedure failed part way through. Now the intercom would not power on or even reset. After contacting SENA's tech support, I had to mail it back to them for repair at a cost of $12.00. Not good for a warranty and only two days out of the box and never installed. I hope the other three upgrades work. They are all scared it will do the same. Good luck with yours.
