Large
When I found out the jacket was available, I decided to purchase one in a size small. I'm 5'9, 160lbs, normally wears a size 38 jacket, and in good shape. Jacket fits great in the chest, shoulders and waist. However even with armor installed, the arms are too baggy for my taste as the armor was still floating around and will easily rotate off/over my elbows. That too me personally defeats the purpose of a proper functioning armored jacket. Other than the extremely baggy arms, the jacket smelled and look great. Plenty of pockets for storage.
No, I do not recommend this product.
