I have had these boots for nearly 6 years. And I ride very regularly. I commute to work on my bike 9 months out of the year. These things have held together amazingly. No issues whatsoever, some small abrasions where my toes have rubbed on the pavement over the years, and they are still holding strong. They awesome, and they look like proper boots, not ski boots or motocross boots. I just can't get over the durability. If or when they finally blow out a stitch or finally rip through, I will be getting another pair. I just hope they haven't altered their quality or manufacturing process over the years.
Yes, I recommend this product.

What is the fitting like width wise?

I have wide feet!
I also have wide flippers ... I mean feet. :-) These are actually a fairly wide fit.
