Rode for an hour in 35 degree F weather, at highway speeds and was cozy the entire time. I wear a full face helmet in the winter and ran into a bit of fogging, while stopped, but nothing unreasonable. Makes the helmet a bit tight, as expected, but again not unreasonable. All in all, a great buy.

Gloves run pretty small, as stated in the video. I work in a lab and wear a "Large" size disposable glove comfortably. I purchased the "Extra Large" version and still feel like it is a bit tight. The glove has stretched out only very slightly, after about a month of use. As I stated above these gloves are not very good for riding in any weather below 45 degrees F. I live in northern Illinois and continue to ride during the winter (when the roads are clear), so I deal with some pretty cold temps. I rode for about an hour the other day in 35 degree weather and my fingers were frozen by the end. These may do a bit better going two sizes up (which you may want to do anyway) and buying a glove liner for those super cold days. That being said, these gloves are great for temps above 45, although I would imagine that they get pretty hot during the Summer months. I rode on a 70 degree day and my hands started to sweat, but the gortex breath-ability worked as advertised. I can't speak to the waterproof aspects of the glove yet, but I would feel confident trying them out in the wet. I really like the look of these gloves, as well as some of the technical aspects, like the thumb squeegee. The glove is very well crafted and seems like it will last quite a while. Grip seems good on the throttle, but some feel is always lost with winter gloves. Overall, the video for these seems pretty dead on, which is why I buy from this site. Shipping was fast too.

What size should I get?
I comfortably wear an XL Scorpion EXO-700 Predator helmet. Its not tight, but not too loose either. Would a large/xl balaclava be too thick or will a small be too tight/unfitted against my head?

I wear a Large HJC full face and purchased the small/medium balaclava, due to me being a medium in other helmet sizes. The helmet gets a bit tighter, but nothing too bad. I think that the thickness of the fabric is the main contributing factor to helmet tightness, not the size of the balaclava itself, so the tightness would be the same regardless of the size you buy.
