Maybe I just received a lemon, but after riding about 7000 miles I noticed my left side of the shoe lace would become undone during casual riding. This is because the button does not snap tightly with the lace. The button does not fit perfectly with the lace so overtime it will wiggle off. So now I have to order a new riding boot and I will make sure not to order any with buttons.

After trying the size 8, i found it to be too long and it would push the back of my helmet foward if I tilted my head back slightly, so i exchanged it for a size 7 which is now very comfortable, it fits under my dainese textile air jacket and I wear a size 50. I never leave home without this back protector, i feel naked riding without it. This new back protector looks a lot better than the older versions in my opinion and offers the same if not better protection.

Dainese New Drake Air Textile Pants Drake pants will surely interest anyone who loves to ride his or her bike especially in the warmer months without wearing a suit or leather pants in order to obtain the protection required. These previously contrasting needs have now been perfectly reconciled by Drake fabric pants. Ample air vents in fretted fabric with closing on the thighs permit fresh air to enter during riding for cooling relief on even the hottest days. When temperatures begin to drop, the air vents can be closed. Safety is guaranteed by removable composite protections in the knee and shins, while extra-strength Cordura 750 fabric offers protection in case of fall. The elastic inserts in the knee optimize the wearability of the article, which is equally suited to metropolitan motorcycle use. Features Removable composite protectors. Cordura fabric 750. Suretta fabric. Perforated fabric. Insert in elasticated fabric. Soft inserts. Calf zip. Jacket-trousers fastening system. Adjustable waist. Sanitized lining.

I bought these pants at my local D store, and immediately I was attracted to the texture and looks of these pants. The knee and shin armor fits almost perfectly and I can only imagine they would provide excellent protection. The only downside of these pants I noticed while riding is poor airflow. When I first tried these on, I assumed the air flow would be great because its textile, but actually I feel the textile material is so dense and well made that it prevents air flow efficiency. I would still wear these daily regardless of the poor airflow simply because of the excellent protection, I like how the knee and shin guards are lightweight, flush and are no bulging out,but are solid and sturdy for protection.
Yes, I recommend this product.
