Good for cold weather as long as it is dry.
Made of waterproof material, not a waterproof design.
After riding to work for 30 minutes, noticed wetness on finger tips.
The material doesn't allow the mittens to dry during time period at work and water dispersed through the lining. On ride home not raining but in the 40sF. Hands felt like they were freezing by the time I got home.

Pants are great for water protection, airflow, and reflectivity.
Good in Houston's heat and to 50F. Below 50F definitely need a thermal-wear layer.
Fit is true to sizing over scrubs and jeans.
Areas for improvement:
a little stiff to walk in.
velcro catches on the lining of pants causing it to fray.

For the PRICE Really disappointed does not live up to the 100% Waterproof!
Do not buy for protection from rain. After riding in the rain for 30 minutes today soaking wet arms, especially elbow area. Around the wrists, arm pit area and collar were dry. Not quite sure where the water came in. Only thing I can figure is the waterproof zippers failed.
Once you get wet the ride is not nice.
Not for colder than 50F riding - the arms are not insulated.
Outer cover pretty stylish wind breaker. Good reflectivity.
Mesh Liner airflow great. Good reflectivity.

I have the Orange color. As a new rider it is great - the cars tend to stay a nice distance behind.
It allows me to carry everything I need.
The fit is snug, but does not hinder mobility.
I'm 5'8" and the helmet section hangs a little low.
