Bought these last September for a late fall ride in Colorado and Norther New Mexico through the mountain passes. They were fabulous. Not a lot fo venting but there is enough that they didn't feel too hot when it got warm.
If you are looking for a pant that will ofer good protection and 4 season riding, these are it. They were fantastic in 30 degree Michigan winter weather.

I bought this helmet to use for commuting on a KLR. I wanted people to see me, and there is no missing this helmet! It sticks out a lot.
I also decided to take it on a 1,000 mile adventure ride through the back trails of Northern New Mexico and Colorado the first week of October. It performed very well.
Pro's
-Felt lighter than my 5 year old Shoei
-Fantastic visibility
-easy to take off and on
-LOVE the quick fasten and release on the chinstrap!
Con's
latches were sticky which led to almost not getting it open
-airflow is a little less than expected though that worked okay on days in the high 30's
-Plastic latches for the front... just not sure how strong they will be if needed....
alot of helmet for the money and I would reccomend it highly... it was a far better product than I expected for the money.
