Does this have a sternum or waist strap

Hi,

There are absolutely on pictures of this bag from the front. I am wondering if this bag has a single or (regular) double shoulder strap? Also, is there a sternum or waist strap?

It has 2 straps but no sternum or waist strap. It doesn't really need them unless you going off road or something.
