First off, this is my first helmet beyond the ~$100 mark, so take that into account as I haven't had too much experience with higher end helmets. I honestly bought the AGV Skyline Block Italy helmet because I think it looks awesome and it has the drop down visor. The first thing I noticed about the Block Italy graphic is that the green and red colors are a little brighter than I expected, but it has a much better finish and attention to detail than my old budget helmets and it definitely still looks sharp. The drop down visor is nice, but it could be a tad darker. The interior padding is super comfortable but needed to be broken in just a little to fit perfectly as it was a little too snug on my cheeks at first but are fine now. Some think the helmet is bulky and I can't disagree with them but what do you expect with the internal visor? The ratcheting strap is easy to use, but I find the release tab gets tucked upwards inside the helmet instead of downwards making it difficult to locate with a glove on sometimes. There is also a small D-ring on the base of one of the straps, so with a cable you can still attach it to your bike if needed. Another small gripe is that it is near impossible to operate the chin vent switch with the chin curtain attached. Not sure if you'd ever really find yourself in that situation but it's just something I noticed. I haven't experienced any fogging issues, and the faceshield swap is super easy and the different detents that come included are nice. I use the standard detends and the open and close positions feel super solid, so no popping open when looking sideways. The venting is pretty good and with ear plugs it stands the quietest helmet I've owned (not sure if that's saying much though). Personally, I think the helmet is worth the extra expense but at the same time, I'm again not super experienced with helmets at this price point. Overall, with all the features and styling, I really like the AGV Skyline Block Italy and would recommend it to anyone riding in the 3/4 position.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Ballistic Performance 8 Cell EVO2 Battery The 8 Cell EVO2 model is our primary product. The 8 Cell model will work with everything from 450cc MX bikes to 1000cc multi-cylinder motorcycles. This battery is robust, impact resistant, water resistant, and has more starting punch than 90 of all the powersports lead-acid batteries available. I bought the Ballistic 8-Cell EVO2 battery because I was sick of the traditional/ancient lead acid batteries. I don't race so the weight savings doesn't really appeal to me too much but it really is significantly lighter. The smaller size is nice but it actually make's it a little more awkward with battery straps and cables being far too loose now. On the other hand, the small size made it possible for me to twist my connection points to get to the terminals. Which brings me to my next point, it would be nice if Ballistic made the batteries with reversed posts for those bikes that don't have the space to flip the battery in a different orientation to make it fit. Those are small potatoes though because the power output on this battery is noticeably better than my past lead acid batteries. I've never had my bike start up faster, and has plenty of juice for my 750cc Ducati Monster. I honestly haven't had it installed for very long or started up in really cold conditions so I might have to report back in a year or so with more durability testing, but based on first impressions, this is definitely a huge improvement from the old days. Lastly, the price is quite steep and I don't really know if it's worth it yet, but I can tell you it will probably be very difficult for me to switch back to a lead acid once this one eventually dies. Overall, I am very pleased with the battery so far and would recommend it to anyone that is just fed up with old battery technology.

I held off getting a proper lock for a while until I could find a brake disc lock worth the investment. Abus is one of the best brands on the market, so I bit on the Granite Victory X Plus 68 lock. For the size, this thing is heavy. It's definitely a solid fortified build and the lock looks near impossible to break. The main key also has a small LED light on it, which is a nice touch if you need to use it in the dark. The overall design is great, but I have to say it needs some getting used to. I had a hard time locking and unlocking it the first few attempts because the whole thing would spin when I was trying to turn the key. I figured out a technique eventually, but it's still a little awkward. It's a good problem though because it proves the design is pretty effective considering the difficulty of taking it on and off even with the key. The shape and size also gave me some issues in storage. I have a pretty small compartment under the seat of my 2000 Ducati Monster M750, so I had to rearrange the few things I carry and it still BARELY fits due to its relatively strange shape and size. Even though it's a snug fit, I'm confident most bikes won't have as big of an issue in storing it but I felt I needed to mention it regardless. Overall, I'm very pleased with the lock and the accessories included, not to mention the peace of mind it brings. Unless you think you need an lock with an alarm, this is probably one of the best locks you can get to protect your precious motorcycle.

This is my first leather jacket and Alpinestars GP Pro Leather Jacket spares no expense. From a fitting standpoint, I got the 54 Eur (44 US) and it fits and feels amazing. I'm 5'10 195lbs if that helps reference. I personally will never buy a jacket online unless I've tried it on in person first. Anyway, the jacket is made of the best material on the market and comes with great safety features. I'm a sucker for red, white and black things and I have to say this jacket looks absolutely stunning in my opinion. The airflow is pretty poor, so it's not a great summer jacket but I managed in 90+ degree weather and it's perfect for the fall 60-70 degree weather. The price is a bit steep, but you definitely get your moneys worth in material, design and build quality.

I have the silver mirrored faceshield and the first thing is that the mirror didn't add too much to the bill, which is nice. Sometimes mirrors can double the price. Anyway, there are some minor imperfections in the silver coating but it doesn't distort my vision or is overly apparent until you look up close. I agree that it isn't as easy to swap as some other shields, but it's not that hard. The helmet comes with tools to take the beak off and put the new shield on. Be careful with the small black plastic washers. They'll pop off and most likely get lost. I also found that the replacement doesn't fit as snuggly into a seal as the original, but it's not that bad.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I love the look of the new dualsport helmet trend and the AFX FX-39 is a great only because of the price. You get the look without the price of some of the higher end helmets. The only big draw back it the noise. At 40+ mph it's one of the loudest helmets I've worn, but part of that is due to the nature of the helmet design as well as the way the beak picks up cross winds. It's decently light and I think it looks awesome. I have a silver mirrored faceshield that is kind of poor quality but decent enough. I also find the faceshield doesn't easily seal when closed. All the flaws of this helmet are eclipsed by the price though.
Yes, I recommend this product.
