Two Brothers P1X Power Tip Many municipalities and tracks have begun to implement new, tougher regulations that limit the sound output of street bikes, offroad cycles and ATVs. Two Brothers Racing has developed a series of highly effective sound reducing tips which can help you be compliant. Two Bros' P1X PowerTip sound suppressor is a recommended accessory for our exhaust systems with M series endcaps. A straight-through sound diffuser, the TBR PowerTip quiets the pipe about 7-8 dB with no significant reduction in horsepower. May be used with a spark arrestor screen. Easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M series endcap, drop in the P1X and reassemble. P1 Power Tip also available for 3-4 dB of sound suppression.

I installed the P1X tip on my fz8 after running my bike for a week with the two brothers on. The exhaust without the tip was too loud for my liking. Without ear plugs it would echo inside my helmet making my short commute to work annoying. Now with the tip in it really makes a difference. The popping at decel deminshed quite a bit and the bike still has a good throaty tone to it but its not overkill. Just what I was looking for!

I've only had this cover a couple of weeks. But so far its done its job. No rain getting through, and keeps the morning dew off my bike. I dont have a garage so this is the only barrier between my bike and the elements. I have a Yamaha FZ8 and I ordered the sportbike version. It fits just right. The description said it would be Black and Silver when i ordered it. But it came in all Black. Not a big deal but maybe half silver would keep the bike a little cooler in the sun.

I installed this alarm on my dowco cover. Slips right into one of the interior pockets and hooks on to any part of your bike. I usually hook it to one of the spokes on my rear wheel. If anybody tries to remove the cover the alarm sounds. Pretty straight forward. The alarm is loud at 130db. The lanyard and hook/clasp could be better. Id like to see a metal hook and maybe some sort of wire lanyard. It doesnt make your bike theft proof if your someone who has to leave it outside like me, but any step added to deter thieves is worth it too me.
