I have had iridium shields from several manufacturers, and while this one looks great like the rest, it picks up fingerprints more than the others, and they really stand out more. If not for that it would definitely have 5 stars. It's awesome otherwise, and makes the Horizon look excellent.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I was wearing this helmet when I hit a deer, and it saved my life.
As for when it's not hitting the pavement at high speed, it's comfy, doesn't catch air when you turn your head, very well ventilated, and looks sharp to boot.
It is quite noisy when you open the bottom vents, so earplugs are recommended, but when they are closed it's not bad at all and it's got a small built-in chin skirt, so it's decently well protected against noise from underneath. .
I personally don't think much of the proshield, because if it's loose enough that you can actually operate it with one hand, there is really no point to that lock, and if it's tight enough that it's working it takes more force to pull up the shield than it takes to take it off your head unless you use two hands. Safe, but really inconvenient.

Icon Contra Jacket From the shadowy realm of street-styled textile jackets, Icon again tapped their mx roots and tripled into the main. Contra is technically perfect - superior in fit and function to all that came before. Ultra durable nylons are strategically patterned into the industries finest no-bind fit. Easy to move in, looks good, and the armor doesn't get in your way. Bought this because my last Icon jacket protected me wonderfully in a crash.
The good: Fits my shoulders well. A lot of jackets feel really tight there, not this one. Looks great, gets loos and comments. Sleeves don't bunch up at the elbows, and there is barely any restriction of motion at all.
The bad: Really loose in the collar for some reason, feels weird when riding at speed, and if you are commuting with a collared shirt, the collar will come out and flap against your helmet.
The ugly: Really loose in the front, if you lean forward it hangs down and looks like you have a beer gut. Note: this is just a vanity issue, not a major problem, and I still love the jacket.

AGV Horizon Racer Helmet The design of the AGV Horizon largely reflects that of the Stealth SV, which it replaces in the line. Inspired by the lines that have characterized the innovations by AGV for several years now, it features a narrow, streamlined chin guard, the channels in the shell (derived from the IVS used in the RACE helmets), evident lines and edges on the sides. The spoiler adds an aggressive and dynamic touch to the design and improves the ventilation, aerodynamics and stability of the helmet. The removal of the holes and lateral grids not only gives the helmet a more compact look, but has made it possible to reduce turbulence and improve the aerodynamics. Features Shell Carbonglass (Fiberglass and carbon shell) Shell Sizes 2 EPS Liner Multi-density Ventilation System IVS (Integrated Ventilation System) with channels formed directly in the outer shell and dynamic system with air vents and rear extractors Interior Dry-Lex with sanitizing treatment Internal Padding Completely removable and washable Removable chin curtain and breath deflector included Faceshield GT2 clear visor in optical class 1 Faceshield Non-scratch and anti-fog polycarbonate with 100 protection from UV radiation Visor Mechanism XQRS (Extra Quick Release System) visor removal and replacement without tools in just a few seconds Internal Sunshield Drop down ISV (Internal Sun Visor) is non-scratch and anti-fog polycarbonate Retention System Double D Safety Certification DOT and ECE 22.05

Got this helmet on a whim, actually, just happened to catch my eye while shopping to replace a helmet damaged in a crash. The helmet feels great, plenty of padding, and doesn't feel like it's pushing on my head at higher speeds like some other helmets I have used. It's light, comfortable, and the internal visor is fantastic, even if it doesn't seem to retract all the way sometimes.
My only complaint is that above 60mph there is a whistle that comes from the visor seal on the bottom when my head is at a certain angle. I think it may be the rubber part that sticks out and actually contacts the visor. It's minor and easily ignored for the most part, but it's there.
