I have a 31 inch waist and a medium fit perfect. Since these must be washed delicately I would not order a size larger expecting them to shrink. The pads are great at relieving pressure points when riding and can also be used in other impact sports such as snowboarding.
Pros Comfortable
Yes, I recommend this product.

There is a very marginal size difference, so if your helmet is tight, go with the smallest size pad.
Pros Comfortable
Yes, I recommend this product.

Purchased the dark face shield to accompany my RF1000 helmet. The shade is dark enough that people cannot see into the helmet, but light enough that I can use it throughout the day. Its possible to use this shield at night if you were in the city, but probably not recommended.
Pros Fashionable, Rugged, Great Value
Yes, I recommend this product.
