Falcon26's Reviews

Firstgear's no one left behind policy ensures that riders of any model motorcycle can take advantage of the warming effects of heated apparel by choosing between either the 65- or 90-watt versions. Good for low-amperage bikes or passengers not requiring as much heat as the rider, the 65-watt units minimizes the draw on the bike's charging system. Efficient warming is dependent upon close proximity to the body. Firstgear reduced the amount of sizes while ensuring a good fit by incorporating stretch panels into the liner's design. The long-sleeve liner cocoons its wearer in warmth by incorporating heating elements across the upper and lower back, down the sleeves, around the neck and, to combat the effects of windchill, the liner concentrates heat in the front of the jacket.3 Make sure to check out our Firstgear Heated Gear Buyers Guide

So far, I am happy with the heater liner. I have worn the liner twice so far and it keeps me warm and the glove connections work well.
I am happy and a lot warmer.

I bought these pants on sale and am truly thrilled with them. Got the short ones because my waist is bigger and I needed the room. The pants are warm even without the liner. I am riding in 30-=40 degree weather and they keep me quite warm. everything else is just a bonus.

Firstgear Heated Gloves There's nothing worse than trying to operate your bike with cold, numb fingers. Bulky, unheated gloves make things even tougher by reducing feel, reaction time and complicating operation of the controls. Firstgear's Warm and Safe heated gloves for men and women feature heating throughout the entire glove, while maintaining the thinness of a summer glove. The gloves plug directly into the jacket liner, or an optional separate wire harness, allowing riders to adjust the temperature of the gloves independently of the jacket with a Dual Heat-troller. Features DC-heated, produces 15 watts of heat at 12.8 Volts (each glove) and should be used with a Firstgear Heat-Troller for optimum safety Y-Harness is required for use with Firstgear Heat-troller (unless you have a Firstgear heated liner, then this is unnecessary) Grade-A, top-grain, drum-dyed cowhide construction Porelle breathable, waterproof membrane Thinsulate layer Pre-curved fingers and finger-mounted, rubber faceshield wiper Elastic wrist and adjustable hook-and-loop gauntlet closure Reinforced protection in palm Reflective piping on top Make sure to check out our Firstgear Heated Gear Buyers Guide

Great gloves. The left seems to heat up more than the right but I truly love these gloves. I ride in Oregon and they are perfect. The left gets a bit warmer but my right hand is quite comfortable. Velcro straps work well and the leads are long enough to manage the connection with the gloves on. No more Freezing hands!!

Firstgear Dual Portable Heat-Troller designed for 1 person to variably control heat separately to multiple garments such as a jacket liner and gloves It can also be used to balance the heat between any set of heated garments, such as jacket liner on 1 control and gloves, pants and socks on the other Each rider must have their own Heat-Troller Portability allows you to use it with more than one 12-volt DC motorcycle or ATV Make sure to check out our Firstgear Heated Gear Buyers Guide

The controller is truly easy to install to the battery and attach to the Bike. I have mine on the inside front of the left saddlebag so it is easy to control with a gloved hand. I am currently only using one side of the controller for heated gloves but will be getting more heated gear very soon.

I bought this harness with a dual controller and First Gear heated gloves. Works great but I would prefer if they were more of a Y. The harness is shaped like a V so there is an extra wire to deal with where it hooks to the controller.

I have a Tour Master Epic winter jacket and first gear heated gloves.

Is there a way to attach the synergy 2 jacket liner with the Epic jacket? Also will my first gear gloves work with the jacket's wiring and plugs?

What exactly is the 'Furtive' part of this helmet.

I plan on buying the EXO 900 and want to know the difference between the regular and the furtive helmets.
