Dainese 4 Stroke Glove (size Large) .
Nice quality - leather outsides, polyester on the insides.
Same short length glove as my RS Taichi Armed High Protection Sport-Touring glove (RST355, size XL).
I normally wear a size large glove. The Dainese 4 Stroke is a little tight around the palm but I would not trade it for a larger size.
Would I purchase them again - Yes.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Dainese Stelvio-ST Gore-Tex Gloves Towering snowy peaks, hamlets lost in the woods, strips of asphalt that wind around the feet of the eternal snow the Stelvio Pass is a fantastic place for motor touring. The Stelvio-ST glove built in the softest goatskin, has been designed with these destinations in mind and comes with thermoplastic resin inserts on the knuckles. This winter glove offers amazing comfort in nasty weather thanks to warm padding and a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane. Elasticated inserts on the back of the hand and patented Microelastic elasticated inserts ensure all the freedom of movement of the hand required for riding. Protection Inserts in thermoplastic resin with ribbing on the knuckles and reinforced edge Ergonomics and Comfort Goatskin Reinforced palm One single leather panel to the size of the hand Adjustable cuff strap Tightening strap Pre-curved finger Elasticated inserts Microelastic elasticated inserts Breathable waterproof GORE-TEX membrane Thermal Dexfil padding

What is the insulating like on the palm? I am lucky and have heated grips, too much padding takes the effect of the grips away.

If you're asking about the Dainese 4 Stroke Glove, they are not insulated at all. I would consider them to be a 3 season glove. The palm is two layers (outside leather and inside polyester lining).
The crook along the thumb has an add'l layer. The ball , nearer the fingers, has an add'l layer.
I have not used the gloves with my heated handle bar grips yet, but I think the heat will come right thru to the palm.
