I've had the Lazer Monaco helmet for about a year now, and it came with a transition visor. It's really been nice to not have to worry about carrying two visors or sunglasses, I just let the visor do the dimming. I put a scratch in mine, so I ordered this replacement. I expect it to just as useful. I would like the visor to get a little darker than it does, but I don't find I'm squinting or uncomfortable with the level it does reach.

The "small" cheek pads that came with my Monaco size small helmet caused significant squeezing when wearing the helmet. The medium size are noticeably thinner (~5mm each) and relieved most of the pressure, making the helmet much more comfortable while still being secure. Removal/replacement was simple - 3 plastic buttons, with a little built-in adjustment, securely hold each pad.

No - not those cheeks! The cheek pads were pretty thick in my size small Monaco, and I needed to order a smaller size to make the helmet comfortable. The size medium pads did the trick. Other than that, the helmet is just what I was looking for. The liner isn't as plush as the Neotec, but this has other features I was looking for at a lower price (lighter weight, SolFX shield). I haven't had much riding time with it, but so far so good.
