Dainese Union Belt This is a belt with Dainese's zip fastening system that uses a normal belt to join standard trousers with loops to connect to Dainese jackets.
This is a wonderful product. It simply does exactly what it says it does. I paired it with a pair of Trophy Vintage pants, because the Trophy pants fit very low rise. It does a wonderful job keeping my pants in the right place. If you're thinking about the Trophy pants, go ahead and spend the extra on this belt, and you will not be sorry.

These are great looking pants. They are not so technical and race-fit that you couldn't wear them into a coffee shop or restaurant, so they're great for around town and casual riding. The protection is minimal, as there is only a small amount of padding on the knee, so if you're looking for something to drag a knee with, look elsewhere. They are very "cafe" inspired in their looks, yet still functional for fun riding, offering the skin protection that good Dainese leather offers. The seams are great, and the leather is amazing, as is to be expected from Dainese.
One complaint about the fit is that the waist is very low rise...they fit down low around your hips, so they tend to creep downward if you're not wearing a belt. Other than that, they are wonderful, and exactly what I was looking for in terms of a compromise between functionality, style, and safety.
Note: The pants come unhemmed. You will have to take them to a quality seamstress that can work leather before they are ready to wear.
