In my opinion, any bad reviews of this product are due to installation or operator error!!! Yeh you can install it in 5 minutes but take a 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour and do it right. Install it, fit the helmet, reinstall it, refit the helmet...... All components are well built and very substantial. Nothing will break unless you break it. All of the brackets are very strong and attach to the helmet very solidly. It won't fall off. I tested this item many times well above 120 mph and have not lost it yet. I like the ear buds better then the helmet speakers, although, the speakers work quite well until wind noise drowns them out. Yeh an extra 30.00 for the ear bud option but hey, if you got the money to spend on a comm system, an extra 30.00 aint going to break the chain on your chain drive wallet. Peace out.

This comm works great. MP3s are at a very respectable level. I can drown out engine noise which in my opinion is to loud. The voice comm is very clear and quite loud. Easy to pair with any BT device I use. Voice command works well with the cell. Never have a range problem. Never get that far away from my partner. Yes this will only pair with 3 other units at one time. I have yet to find another rider that is willing to pay to have this comm system. I purchased a dual pack for me and my son. My point is you'll probably not find more than 4 riders with the cash to join your comm group. In my opinion, any bad reviews of this product are due to installation or operator error!!! Yeh you can install it in 5 minutes but take a 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour and do it right. Install it, fit the helmet, reinstall it, refit the helmet.......until the sound is at it's best and the helmet is comfortable. All components are well built and very substantial. Nothing will break unless you break it. All of the brackets are very strong and attach to the helmet very solidly. It won't fall off. I tested this item many times well above 120 mph and have not lost it yet. I use the ear bud clamp as I like the ear buds better but my son uses the helmet speakers. I have to say I am impressed with the speakers. If positioned carefully at installation they are great. Above 80 or so mph wind noise gets to a level that drowns out anything. With the ear buds this is not a problem. By far the best bang for the comm buck.
