I'm not a fan of the "turtle" look, so I'd like the jacket even better if it had a different collar.

I was looking for increased visibility and this product more than did the trick... everyone is lookn' at me now. I bit pricey but worth the quality. I could have done without the armor for my purposes, but it was easy to remove. And revzilla took care of everything.. the no waiting and wondering made shopping easy and worry free.
Yes, I recommend this product.

does the jacket have belt loop straps in back?
no loops.... now that you mention it, belt loops could be useful because I use the inside of my jackets to carry stuff and without a way to chinch up the bottom of the jacket, my cargo has been known to shift around or even slip out a few times.
