the size choices in the order form are in alpha code [sm, md, lg] but the size chart is in numeric code [38, 40, 42]. how do we reconcile this?

i would like to purchase the joe rocket survival one-piece suit but i need help in choosing my size. also, i notice in the size chart, that the sleeve is longer than the inseam. does the inseam refer to the arm sleeve inseam? if it's for the leg, are you measuring from mid-thigh instead of the crotch?
