I purchased this bag for a 1000 mile trip and other sissy bar bags were too enormous or too small for my bike, a 1200XLC.
When I got the bag I was worried it wasn't going to be able to fit my cowboy boots as well as a pair of jeans, cottons, and other trip stuff, but I was wrong. This is like Mary Poppin's bag! I was able to fit all I needed and it doesn't extend past the bullet rear turn signals on my sporty. I think it could easily fit 4qts of oil or a 6 pack of beer making errands nice.
Easy of install was phenomenal. I set it on the passenger seat, put the Velcro backrest strap on, and used the supplied front straps around my rear turn signals. Everything was solid and kept my bag on even during some 90MPH stretches.
Quality is great, much better than I expected for the price. The bag is rigid and keeps its shape when empty. The materials feel nice and the stitching is good. The included rain cover kept it mostly dry, but I hit some HEAVY rain in Houston and some water got in from underneath. Had I put the rain cover on and THEN strapped it down, it might not have happened...but this is heavy rain we are talking about.
I gave this product 5 stars overall because I would not change a thing...very happy with my purchase. I only gave durability a 4 because I have only used it for that one trip and I don't know how long it will hold up, but the materials feel solid.

Icon Elsinore Boots The Icon 1000 Elsinore's five-strap, alloy-buckle chassis, stamped metal heel plate, and internal steel shank combine for a serious dose of moto-x homage. The traditional Goodyear welt construction mates the Icon street-specific sole to the magnificent leather upper. A medial entry zipper, allocated from Paratrooper jump boots, is the only luxury the Elsinore will allow itself. A modern relic from an era when men were iron and tanks were steel. The Elsinore, old-school MX reinterpreted for the urban sprawl. I wear Cowboy Boots which can be the most comfortable footwear on the planet. I was afraid to purchase a pair of motorcycle boots, but decided I needed the extra safety they provided.
I fell in love with the looks of the Icon 1000 series boots...they are just incredible looking. I purchased the brown boots even though my pants and vest are black. I get compliments EVERYWHERE and not just from fellow riders. Everyone wants to know what they are and where to buy them.
I was impressed with their durability and quality. For under 300 dollars these are incredible...if you tried to buy these in a store you could easily see them marked up to 500+ because of their quality. My Harley is so low that my feet drag on some intense corners and these have met contact with the pavement a few times but the soles have held up well. The rubber grips give you good contact with slippery pavement which has saved my bike a few times on uneven stops.
Even more impressive is their comfort. Without even breaking them in my normal boot size fit wonderfully well and didn't cause any pain or discomfort. I have not worn them longer than 5 hours at a time, but I have done grocery shopping in them and plenty of riding and they are just great, comfortable riding boots.
I own a pair of the Rimfire Gloves from the Icon 1000 line, and they seem to trade protection for looks and comfort. These boots don't appear to sacrifice anything, and I do feel safer in them.
I DO have one complaint...they aren't the LEAST bit waterproof. The first day I wore them I got caught in a rainstorm and they were completely soaked through and through. I had to fill them with rice to dry them out. I know they aren't advertised as waterproof...but rain comes in between the sole and toe VERY easy. My normal Cowboy Boots (Tony Llama) aren't waterproof either but they have kept my feet dry in rain.

I love these gloves and if they keep meat on my hands when I go down I will be buying a pair again.
THE GOOD
----------------
Beautiful, classic looking gloves with just the right hint of modern design.
Extremely comfortable. The pleat is on the outside so your hand only gets the wonderfully soft leather with zero chafing, rubbing, or any uncomfortably.
For the quality of these gloves, they are surprisingly affordable.
THE "MEH"
------------------
They do look a tad different in person than in the pictures. It isn't that they are deceiving pictures, it just is they look more solid and filled-out. Watch the video to see more of what they look like. They are a soft, high-quality leather, so they do get marks and wrinkles in them which is NORMAL.
They better have space-age materials in them...because they don't seem like they would protect your hands much more than leather work gloves...aside from some heat protection. If you go fast, you probably want something else.
CONCLUSION
-----------------------
I love these gloves. I love the look, the fit, and the comfort. I even dig the smell. Mmmmmleather.
