Nolan N104 Voyage Helmet Nolan N104 Helmets represent an evolutionary step for Nolan as they replace the much touted N103 Helmet. When compared the older N103, the Nolan N104 Helmet offers a helmet which is much lighter (7oz), features a lower profile through the use of multiple shell sizes, better aerodynamics, as well as a much larger viewport for increased visibility. The (patented) chin guard rotation movement with elliptical trajectory makes it possible to keep the total size of the helmet's front section to a minimum, when the chin guard is open. The sail effect is consequently highly reduced and riding comfort is still guaranteed, even when the chin guard is lifted. The new ultrawide eyeport is the largest of any Nolan helmet, both vertically and laterally for maximum field of view. The AIRBOOSTER ventilation system is equipped with an air intake in the chin bar, another intake in the brow and two rear extractors at the rear. The inner comfort lining includes removable cheekpads, inner liner, neckroll and chin curtain and is easily removable and washable as well as antifungal and antibacterial. New, redesigned comfort liner also accommodates eyeglasses much more easily than before. All Nolan N104 helmets are also N-COM B4 ready ( N-COM B4 is designed expressly for the N104 and is sold separately). Shell Features Injected polycarbonate GE Lexan shell 7oz lighter than the Nolan N103 Two Shell engineering allows Nolan N104 to offer sizes from 2XS to 3XL (2XS-LG and XL-3XL) Dimensionally correct sizing allows ample cubic volume in chin/nose area Faceshield Features Face shields are now sized to fit the two different shell sizes (2XS-LG and XL-3XL) Ultra wide eye port opening is the largest on any Nolan helmet for superior visibility Shield is changed by a simple push button mechanism Pinlock shield included with each helmet VPS (Vision Protection System) is new slider bar to lower, push button release for instant retraction VPS lens is scratch and fog resistant Chin Bar Features Centromatic chin guard opening mechanism requires dual action, simultaneous action to prevent accidental opening Dual action opening mechanism is positioned in the centre of the chin guard and allows for easy, one-handed opening Ventilation N104 has new AIRBOOSTER ventilation system, ensures optimal ventilation where is is most required Air intake in the chin guard draws air in and onto the inside of the faceshield 3 position top vent (closed, crown vent, crown/brow vent) 2 venturi exhaust ports at rear of helmet New plastic vent tube channels in EPS disperse cool air throughout the helmet interior Inner Liner Features removable cheek pads, inner liner, neck roll and wind protector The inner padding of the new N104 is easily removable and washable and antibacterial The shape of the inner comfort padding facilitates eyeglass wearing Reflective insert at the centre of the roll neck further improves the rider's visibility at night Neck roll can be removed easily, for more comfort in the warmer months Other Features N-Com Communication System compatible (sold separately) Features new Microlock2 quick-release retention system Microlock2 consists of a plastic ergonomic opening lever, and of a second aluminium toothed and holding lever Microlock2 minimizes the possibility of unintentional opening while still making it ergonomic and easy to use Meets or exceeds D.O.T. standards

I have worn this helmet for about a month, 3 or 4 times a week and I am very pleased with this purchase. The pin lock shield works perfectly as I no longer am fighting "fogging" and the wide field of vision makes it much easier to see peripherally. The helmet fits me perfectly, although I ordered the size larger than recommended by the sizing chart and I'm glad I did because it was still snug the first time I put it on but it has broken in properly, snug fit, but not uncomfortable. It is noticeably lighter than previous helmets I've owned which is nice, especially on longer rides. The interior sunshield is great and I have not worn sunglasses while riding since I got this helmet. Several of my riding buddies have commented on how nice this helmet looks and the hi-viz yellow really stands out. I also appreciate the slide snap instead of D-rings as I can use it without taking off my gloves. If I had to come up with a negative, and this is a stretch, it is a little noisier than I expected, but I think this is the price you pay with all modular helmets. If you need to open the shield for slightly more air flow, the first opening is pretty wide. It would be nice if you could just "crack" it a tiny bit. But that is a minor complaint compared to how well this helmet lived up to my expectations. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this hat.

This is my first Dainese boot and I am absolutely thrilled. I have worn the boot for several weeks now and it is extremely comfortable. It does run small and narrow though so consider that when you order. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and the size chart recommends a 43. I could barely get the boot on and didn't think I was ever going to get it off. Returned it for a 44 and although it was still a little snug at first, it has now become quite comfortable after 6 or 7 wearings. The hinged upper allows you to move without any hindrance and the rear entry and zipper make it handy to get on and off. It is also very comfortable to walk in and is easy to wear on a long ride. With my old boots I was wearing electric insoles on cold rides and I find that I don't need them with a pair of wool socks. The boot is very stylish without looking too "techy". I have had several guys ask me about them and have commented that they look really great. Overall, a great boot that I highly recommend.

The fabrics used in REV'IT socks quickly wick moisture away from the skin, while ventilation channels keep the feet cool, dry, and comfortable. To the WINTER TOURING socks REV'IT adds pure Marino wool for extra insulation, to keep your feet warm, even on the longest winter touring ride. The anatomically shaped foot-bed supports and cushions your feet, providing support where they need it the most. 29 MICROFIBER, 22 POLYAMIDE, 19 MERINO WOOL, 12 ROBUR, 11 MYTLAN, 5 ACRYLIC, 2 ELASTANE

This sock fits my foot perfectly, leaves no wrinkles or bunching up which is important for a fit in my boots. It stays up without being overly tight, and wicks away moisture from my foot. It is also very warm which is important on winter rides. Since using this sock I no longer need to use my electric insoles. I hesitated to spend this much for a pair of socks but am glad I did. It's the only sock I now wear under my Dainese boots.

Dainese TRQ-Tour Gore-Tex Boots

I usually wear a shoe size of 9.5 US. I noticed in the sizing chart skips from 9 to 10 what size would be recommended for these boots?
I was in the same situation so I looked at the conversion chart for 10 and it recommended size 43. No way-way too small and heel cup too narrow. Exchanged for 44 and it was a perfect fit for me.
