Everybody has their 'go to' (non-riding) jacket hanging by the door. It's the one that goes with just about any outfit or occasion. It handles most weather conditions. And is comfortable enough that you don't mind wearing it all day. This is that same jacket... with armor. Just grab it and hop on the bike.
Couple of notes:
-Very light-weight material. Nice if you don't want a heavy leather for tooling around at sub-sonic speeds, but abrasion resistance?
- Shoulder pads feel a little awkward when off the bike. Might be a concern for riders with broader shoulders. But I never notice when riding.
-Raised collar with the liner installed is super nice for chilly mornings. Works nearly as well as my full balaclava.
Oh yea, and Revzilla rocks! You need to buy your gear from these guys.
