Two Brothers M-2 Black Series Exhaust System Kawasaki Ninja 650R The Two Brothers Black Series Exhaust has become a staple among TBR customers who are seeking to unlock the vast potential in their motorcycles. What makes the Black Series so unique True to its name, the Black Series exhausts are constructed with black Teflon coated cast magnesium end caps, black billet aluminum inlets and outlets, and black canister reinforcement bands. Every little detail has been considered and you get to reap the benefits of that amazing Two Brothers Racing performance and sound. This Two Brothers Exhaust System completely replaces your existing exhaust system. This not only adds horsepower, but also can drop significant weight from your bike. Two Brothers' builds their header systems as a complete unit. Two Brothers superbike stainless steel headers are manufactured from .035 thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. The ductile quality of stainless steel makes it possible to produce extremely light and strong headers. TBR uses only premium #304 stainless which will never rust and after a few heat cycles will turn a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel. The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's V.A.L.E. slip-on exhaust and flange-on exhaust features CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of their Top Level exhaust is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters. V.A.L.E . V ariable A xis L ocking E xhaust. The V.A.L.E. system is TBR's revolutionary and patented method of attaching their muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Their V.A.L.E. systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit. I must say my ninja sounded like a compressor. After i fitted the two brother exhaust the bike was so more responsive and powerful. There is alot of difference in weight but if you are going to buy this make sure you want a loud exhaust, All the videos don't do Justice to how loud it is but i find that it is worth it. Full 5 stars recommend if you like it loud
