I have a very wide foot, EE in dress shoes, and was very concerned about ordering shoes/boots online. Eric S from Revzilla was very helpful in directing me to the TCX brand.
This boot is VERY comfortable and fits my boat feet very well. They broke in almost immediately when I wore them walking around at home for only an hour. The shoe is almost a combination of boot and shoe, and I ride with confidence that they won't slip off if I ever need it (which I hope to not test anytime soon). Great protection in all the areas that matter most. Not quite protection of full riding boots, but provides way more protection than riding shoes.
Style-wise, they do look a little like wrestling shoes..but look good with either my kevlar jeans or riding pants. I didn't get them for their looks, though, so it's a non-issue for me. My confidence outweighs style points all day.
In closing, thanks to Eric's great customer service, competitive pricing and prompt shipping, Revzilla has definitely earned the lions share of my moto products business! Thanks Eric S and Revzilla!!!

I have a wide foot. I typically wear 11E in shoes. Do these run wider, narrower or "standard" type of width?

Do you have brands that you recommend for wider feet? I've found Joe Rockets and S/S run wide, but I don't like the flimsy construction of those brands

Is the in-sole removable (I believe like the TCX Squared) so I can remove it and install my orthopedic in-soles?

Yes it is

TCX X-Cube Boots vs Alpinestars Fastback WP. Which one would you go with?

I'm torn between these two products. I watched the Revzilla review videos for both of them. TCX seems to have a less stiff sole (good for walking), better protection on ankles and toes, and cost $70 less. Are the A* shoes $70 more just because they are more stylish? Is it because they're higher quality? Or am I missing something? Thanks for help and advice!
I've tried the A* shoe and this one fits me a lot more comfortably. I have a very wide foot, so the wider footbed on the TCX was very nice. Break in time was minimal and I have every confidence in the protection features should the need arise...which I hope never does.
