I am 6'1, 210 lb and got the XXL. It fits great. I like having the liner for cold weather, but took it out since right now it is 90 F weather. I think the air flow is very good, with all the vents open and the sleeves opened up to let the air flow into my arms. It is much more comfortable than I thought it might be and it looks awesome. The armor is not intrusive and makes me feel a lot safer.

I love this helmet! Great looking with my Yamaha FJR1300. Extremely easy visor removal allows for easy cleaning. Modular design is great when you wear prescription glasses. I can put it on and off without having to remove my glasses. Nice air flow and relatively quiet. Bluetooth ready. Very fast delivery from revzilla!
