Just rode with these for the first time and I'm pretty impressed. The waist size seems true. The inseam is super long -- probably 4-5 in. longer than i need (I'm 6'1" with a ~33 in. inseam). I cuff them right now, but I *may* get them hemmed at some point. I wear knee and hip/butt armor (Forcefield) and the jeans are a bit tight with them on. I'm hoping the jeans will stretch a bit as I wear them with the armor (does Kevlar fabric stretch?). The look of these is pretty stylish for MC jeans with wrinkles at the hip bend and washed out areas on the thighs. Haven't tested the protection, but the Kevlar and Dyneema should be first rate. I'm glad Revzilla carries these as I think they'd be hard to get a hold of in the states as they are an Aussie company.

I'm not sure how you could want much more in a boot. Unless you're racing on a track, this has everything you can want. Ideal for cruisers, commuters, road adventurers. Well constructed, good shin protection, toe is reinforced, inside ankle bump has protection. Airflow is better than full leather version, but don't expect too great of a breeze on your foot.

Revz and other retailers seem to have limited supply of the Teknic Violator in stock in common sizes.

Is this model coming to EOL or are we ending a season and waiting for the 2013 Violator?
