REVIT Apache H2O Boots The Apache H20 boot is a new style of riding boot that combines the functions of a high quality touring boot with a semi off-road sole. There is nothing out there like this full grain leather boot which makes it perfect for adventure riders that spend hours on the road and enter up to medium level off-road territory. The Apache is a great boot for ATV and quad riders as well. For those of you belonging to this category, the Apache H2O is exactly what youve been looking for. I first tried a different brand more focused on dirt use. These Apache boots are much closer to being a true Adventure Bike/Dual Sport boot.
Not a PITA to put on with a bunch of latches and no tactile feel. The sole on these Apache boots have the best pavement traction I have ever experienced. In the little amount of time on dirts road so far they hold your foot in place unlike so many others that feel like stepping on marbles.
Break-in time was easy and quick. These boots can be walked in when you need to push your bike and feel like wearing a light weight hiking boot.
I wanted a low profile toe box to work with the shifter that has a tight fit. These Apache boots are not as low profile in the toe box as they look in the photos. I cured that by adjusting the shifter up one notch.
The fit going on is as a tall boot should be. Hold onto the pull handle and push your foot in with a satisfying "schwounk".
These are pricey for what they are but I could not find anything that would fit my needs.

This is a good helmet for the price. There aren't a lot of features to report. Venting is so-so. The ear pockets are big and the headset (Sena) fits those pockets JUST RIGHT. That's why I purchased the helmet. Over 55mph the wind noise gets loud. There is no "cracked open" setting on the face shield to get just a little bit more air to your face. The vision to the side requires more twisting of the head than I am accustomed to.
I will repeat what I stated in the first sentence. This is a good helmet for the price.

The pluses... Good high volume. Clear voices and voice commands. The added "clip" for wind noise on the mike is recommended. READ the instructions and watch the install videos as well as the How to pair the head sets. Once paired to your Smart Phone and GPS everything gets easier.
The negatives... PTA to get them paired the first time. Only 5 riders can pair together. Batteries run down after 6 hours using vox. Range from the Sena is good up to a quarter mile then starts to break up.

This review is for the 24L case. I purchased it to replace the tail bag I had. Concerns about someone walking away with it or it's contents moved me to get a hard case. If you are trying to keep a skinny profile on your bike this will do the task. The case information says it will hold one full face helmet. With my Shoei Syncrotech it will not. So for this feature chose wisely.
The universal mounting plate did work out on my V-Strom Adventure but it took very creative planning on my part to get it mounted up. If you are looking for easy bolt-on-and-go this is not the product for you.
The top case does not interfere with the lids of the side cases. If I had gone to a larger size I would need to remove the top case to get the side cases open all the way.
Too early to review durability and yes it is a flexible plastic.
