Wish I bought it last year. This is excellent helmet, well balanced with chin-bar closed or open. I can ride 75 mph with bar fully open and face-shield down, without even noticing it. In full face mode it feels same like my Shoei Quest, which I love! Sun shade works great, it's in right position, not too low, not too high, works well. The main face shield does excellent job in full face position and in open face position as well.
You can buy $700 Schulbert and being stuck with silly bulge on top of your head when bar open with no ability to lower the face shield - thus makes it impossible to utilize it as open face... after you pay $700... Hello...?
But again, $430 is not a cheap helmet either, wish it was a bit cheaper... Overall it's very good helmet.

It is such a relief when you know you'll not rip your cables out of your expensive jacket when you move like 5 inches from the bike.
It's worth every penny.

The trick is, this liners have heated elements around sides of fingers, even below finger nails it is warm! While other gloves locate their heating elements on top of palm and fingers only. This technology "radiates" the warmth throughout the whole area inside the outer glove, this is very useful.
Instant on/off heat action, very thin and stretchy, don't even feel I wear it.

I am 5'10" 200 pounds. I bought XXXL and it's too small over leather jacket. Need to find and replace the elastic cords on sides for the longer ones. Otherwise it's very good looking vest.

Even though their size chart says I need L or XL, It's not even possible to force XL on my head. It's at least two sizes smaller than advertised. Very misleading sizing info.
The good: Sun Visor is very close to the face and leaves almost no gap for the air to bother your eyes, this is good. Fit is low, so it sits pretty good (besides the size-chart nonsense). It doesn't "mushroom" you like Scorpion EXO-100 does.
So, if they remove their heads from their as...s and fix the size chart, it is a winner.

Everything is good, but I can't use a Velcro to close the collar completely. It is uncomfortable around the trout and getting caught with helmet soft flaps when I move my head... But your situation maybe different... Otherwise it's very good.

Shoei Qwest Solid Helmet The Shoei Qwest Motorcycle Helmet was built with a focus on minimizing helmet weight, optimizing fit for comfort and protection and lowering noise levels to bring a new level of comfort to touring helmets. Featuring a slightly round oval internal shape, the Qwest helmet is manufactured with 4 individual shell sizes to keep the helmet as low-profile as possible. The smaller the helmet shell, the lighter the helmet weight. The Shoei Qwest Helmet also uses the Shoei's CW-1 visor technology with the Q.R.S.A system. This system guarantees a tight seal at the faceshield by pulling the shield back to contact the opening seal evenly. The Qwest also touts an extra-wide viewport for additional peripheral vision so you can more easily take in the world around you. Aerodynamic Shell Design Aerodynamic properties are maximized through extensive wind tunnel and feedback from professional riders Dual-Layer EPS liner enhances impact absorption and ventilation Four shell and six EPS liner sizes increase fit options that help to comfortably fit most head sizes Molded air spoiler reduces drag and lift as well as diminishes weight pressure on the neck while riding at high speeds Ventilation System Upper Air Intake Vent is positioned to maximize air volume into the helmet interior Large upper intake vent positioned to maximize performance in high wind conditions Easy to operate large lower intake vent Lower air intake/defroster vent reduces shield fogging and increases ventilation Rear/neck outlets allow for effective air exhaust Breath guard and chin curtain are included Lightweight Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus (AIM+) High performance fiber materials are combined with extremely elastic organic fibers to create a shell structure that is ultra lightweight, rigid and resilient Interior 3D center pad and multi-layered, polyurethane foam cheek pads Cheek pads are replaceable or removable for maintenance Eyeglass-compatible interior Standard chin strap clip neatly secures chin strap CW-1 Shield and Q.R.S.A. This is excellent helmet. Fits evenly around head, very quiet and light. Aerodynamically perfect. I ride without windshield and at 80 mph I don't feel any uneven head movements, it cuts trough the air smooth and I don't have to use ear plugs either. Very good!
