I was really impressed with the features available in this budget jacket. It is high quality, has tons of storage, can be used 3 season and maybe 4 if you can stand the heat.
My only issues are that the sizing runs a bit big and that it could use more venting, like maybe some chest vents.
This is my first riding jacket ever, no I have no idea how it compares to others, but I do know a quality product when I see one and for the money, this is a great jacket!!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Tour Master Select Tail Bag 600 denier Carbolex outer shell Easy access top-loading two-way zippered main compartment Reinforced handle Soft, brushed fleece interior lining Phoslite reflective piping and material panels help to increase nighttime visibility Shoulder strap included for convenient carrying Built-in, hide-away mounting straps Integrates with Tour Master Select Saddlebags Includes rain cover 11.5 L x 14 W x 9.5 H (23 liter)

Is this tail bag large enough to store an XL helmet.

I use my bike (2004 FZ6) to commute to college, about a 100 mile round-trip every day. I want to purchase a large tail bag to store my helmet after I get off my bike. I'm not crazy about just hanging my helmet off the side of the bike, even with a lock. I'm just afraid someone will "tamper" with it or it will get wet if it rains. I wear an XL Cyber which has a more round shape.

Would this jacket be good for rideing in +80 degree weather?

I need a 4 season jacket but the weather in West Texas changes quicker then ever.
You could wear it in 80+ degree weather, but I would have a hydration bladder on the bike or make frequent stops for cooling off. It is only vented by two large shoulder vents and gets kinda warm on hot days.
