I am 5"9", 190 lbs (definitely not an "European cut" body) and I wear a 52 - fits well. This past week, I wore the jacket on a trip during which I experienced temps in the high 50's (with the liner in) to 102 (liner out, obviously). The jacket flowed air nicely - at 102 I was very warm but, hey, the temp was 102!
