The Held Warm N Dry Glove is the choice for cold and wet weather riding. With Superfabric, reinforced knuckles, and high quality leather these comfortable gloves do not compromise protection! The Warm N Dry Gloves also work great with heated grips! The palm is thin enough to allow good feel for the controls and allow the grip heaters to warm your hands, while the lightly insulated back helps to hold in the heat and protect your hands from cold rain and windchill. Not waterproof, they were soaked through after 30 minutes moderate rain in slow city traffic. At least when wet, the liner stays in place unlike many gloves. Not for cold weather either, for me they ok down to 7 - 10 degrees C but after 5 - 10 min at colder temps fingers go numb. On the positive side, they are very neatly made and finished. They look like they would give good accident protecton
No, I do not recommend this product.

Would these gloves be warm in about 35 degree weather, and are they water proof?

I would say no to both. My fingers go numb after 5 minutes at 5C (40F) but I may be a bit sensitive!
I've found they are water resistant in light rain but after 30 minutes of moderate rain at city speeds (ie. slow) they are soaked through.
