These tires are confidence inspiring, since there mounting about 30 days ago it has rained, snowed, and iced up a bit in New England. I took my knobbies off for the winter and had the choice of remounting the OEM Metzlers (~2,500miles) but opted for these tires. They shed water like a tin roof and are sticky in the cold. Mud clears the tread well considering 90%+ focus on street, I wouldn’t suggest these tires for riders with high percentage of mud and off road riding. These are great tires if spend the majority of your time on pavement, gravel, dirt, and sporadic water and mud.

Off Road:
In dirt, gravel, mud and all things fun these tires transformed my ’10 R1200GS into a gazelle, all be it a hefty one. River crossing, muddy wooded areas, whatever the challenge, these tires are great. All other riders I know, regardless of bike has enjoyed these tires for on/off road riding.
On Road:
On the road the tires road very well, considering their design all the way up to 65 mph. At spirited speeds the front wobbled a bit but was easily controllable after bumps and tire impact. In turns the knobs tended to stay “in” the turn and required a minor style change to transition out of the turn. On tight higher speed turns in deeper leans the tire tend to crawl slightly compared to the OEM tires.
Tread:
There 3,500 miles on these tires now, the front is holding up well as you would expect, but the rear has 500 – 1,000 miles maximum left. Noise, road noise was not an issue at all at any speed. When it comes to rain, these tires move water well but don’t have as strong a grip on wet pavement as the OEM tires.
Satisfaction:
Will I buy again, ABSOLUTELY. I can be added to the long list of rides regardless of bike have enjoyed these tires for on/off road riding. Another 1,000 miles or so out of the rear would make me giddy!
Route, Ride, Repeat ☺

I am about 30 days into these boots and they have made standing for extended mileage a breeze. The fit, finish, and function is as advertised. The only small drawbacks and they are small: I wish the sole was flat and the boots squeak non-stop. I live in New England and I bought them a ½ size larger so I could add some insulation. In summary, great boots and they look like they will last for many years, they already have 2,000 miles on them.
