The Dainese Alien are a very high quality riding and track day leather pant. Zip to your Dainese Jacket and you have a good combo. I don't need the knee pucks for my level of skill so I can wear these on the street without looking too 'technical'.
Fit is accurate. I am 5'11", 183 lbs and typically wear a 33/32 jean. The size 52 I ordered was close but just a bit too large. Sent it back using Revzilla's EXCELLENT RETURN POLICY for a size 50 and that was perfect.
D Skin leather is awesome! These are a non-perf pant but there is some ventilation in the non leather fabric areas.
Can wear a belt as well so don't have to zip to a jacket for street rides.

Can these be worn with "in" style boots?
Basically, just wondering if I can wear these pants over some of the "in" style boots, i.e. over the top of the boot.
Haven't tried it but they may. There is some taper (narrowing) in the zipper area that makes it a pant designed for being inside the boot but I am thinking they would fit over an 'in' boot,

Can these be used at the track?
I'm not a hardcore racer by any means, but I enjoy going to the track now and then to satisfy my temptation of letting loose on the throttle. Will these pants suffice as long as I'm not knee dragging?
Yes, just needs to be zipped to a Dainese Jacket.
