The reason I gave the system the middle of the road ratings, is because this is how I felt in dealing with system. One of sets does not turn on unless the set is plugged into the helmet (the other set does not). That same set does not turn off unless it is plugged in to the USB (no problem with the other). Called the company and they say that these problems are normal. Got to ask why does the other work as expected? Wife can hear me clear, hard for me to hear her. I'll do some more testing on that problem. Little hard for old guys to figure out all they can do. Other then these little problems, love these things.
