I bought these boots mainly to wear on my commute during the summer months, best money I've spent thus far online on anything motorcycle gear related. Airflow is great, style is great, and getting in and out of these, easy as cake. I wear a size 9 US and purchased the size 43, they do fit a tad bit loose, and the ankle strap could go a little tighter, but I feel confident they're tight enough to stay on in the event of a get off. The RevZilla review sums it all, and was the determining factor for my own purchase, you won't be disappointed if you decide on these boots, I'm not, and I spend hours researching before buying anything.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this considered a 3-season or 4-season boot? More specifically, is there much venting?

I would say this is a 3 season boot, Spring, Summer, and early Fall at the latest, but keep in mind I live in SoCal where it usually doesnt' get too cool. As of late the mornings here have been around 60-65F and my feet do get a bit chilly because of the excellent venting on these boots, but that excellent venting is great in the daytime to evening hours where the temps are around 80-85F.
