Was very on the fence ordering without trying on first, but measured myself and got it. No regrets. I'm 6'3" 170lbs, so finding the right fit is almost impossible for me. I got MD Tall and it probably best fitting pants I own :)
My only wish is that it had some vents, otherwise I'm very happy with the purchase.

Are these pants appropriate to wear over shorts in the summer time?
Will they provide adequate abrasion protection if only wearing shorts underneath? Most of my riding is commuting....some highway riding.. max speed 60-65! Thank you!!!! :-)
I rode yesterday without anything under them, just underwear. If you don't mind the "silky" feel of polyester and potentially knee pads rubbing somewhat unpleasantly on the skin when walking, it's totally fine.

Does these pants make noise when walking?
Hi, just wondering if these pants make the typical noise that the waterproof textiles do when you walk. Thanks.
There's some polyester sound, but not terrible.

The axis knee armor falls beneath my knee cap (while standing), is there a larger size knee armor that will fit & fill the axis knee pocket?
I have the Axis pant. Is the Knee armor suppose to be on/over the knee while seated or standing? In the video it is mentioned that the knee armor is adjustable. I'm aware of the velcro adjustments inside the knee armor pocket(s#, and that does not do the trick for me. I need to raise the knee armor to cover my knees. Perhaps replace it with larger armor? Is a universal larger knee armor available? Otherwise I love these pants, very comfortable #smiling).
I'm wondering that too. I feel that it's more important for knee pads to be properly positioned when riding, not standing. If that's the case, then they are right on the mark.
