I bought a cheap HCI full face helmet when I started riding size L, and a Scorpion EXO-100 half helmet size XL
So I figured with the comments to size up that an XL should do the trick with my 23.22inch/59cm head. According to the Scorpion size chart I would be a large. The XL was so tight it was claustrophobic, I had imprints of pads on my face. I figure the size chart is 2inches/5cm small. I've returned and replaced for a 2XL. The top of the head pad is a perfect fit, the cheek pads are tight but I'm confident it will break in for a perfect fit (or I may shave them a layer at the back of the jaw). I didn't want to do another return a 3xl might break in too loose, always bad in a helmet, but return was easy and not too $$$.
P.S. - USPS Shipping to Canada was fast and perfect, arrived within the week, no brokerage fees. Well done Revzilla

I'm a big guy, normally wearing 3x in t-shirts and sweatshirts. And as a middle age guy 5'6" I've grown a bit of a gut as I've gotten older.
I bought 3x and this fits to size. Even with the liner.
The sleeves were on the long side, but with the adjustable wrist cuff, they are not an issue.
My current riding jacket was a Leather jacket with front and back venting and a zip in cool weather lining. It worked ok for 3 season riding, but in the heat of summer with temperatures at or around 100F it was stifling, and I found myself reluctant to go out for a ride.
The DraftAir 2.0 on the other hand is very well ventilated with the well designed rain liner out, like wearing a T-shirt but with protection.
I'm more than happy with the protection I hope it will offer with the fabrics and mesh. The shoulder, elbow pad, and foam back pad fit perfectly and were not noticeable while riding.
Yes, I recommend this product.
