Coming from Bates combat boots this was my first "real" motorcycle boot. I preferred the shorter boot hight as opposed to the full length race boots. I took Revzilla's recommendation to buy a size smaller for American boot sizes. Fits a bit tight at first, but was very comfortable right away, and is absolutely perfect after break in. I cannot speak to safety since I have (thank god) not yet wrecked in them, but you can feel the stiffness of the boot.
If you are coming from traditional boots, the stiffness of the sole will shock you, and it takes some practice to get used to find the shifter and "feeling" the rear brake lever. This gets greatly easier after initial break in happens.
One complaint is that the boot strap is quite useless for someone with wide feet. My foot is very wide so I needed to leave it at it's loosest setting.. if I'm honest, I would remove it completely if I could. Perhaps it will yet be useful once the boots really stretch, but I have not yet gotten to that point yet.
Otherwise, I am very pleased with the fit, and comfort of these boots. They are nowhere near as comfortable to walk around with as regular boots, but hey... I bought them to ride in not walk in and they do that just fine!

NoNoise ear plugs work as you'd expect them to. They significantly cut down wind noise and other sounds to reduce stress and potential for hearing loss. I was amazed how well they did cut down the wind noise. You must get them in properly for it to work to its best potential, but once they are in they are quite comfortable. Only down side is you have to turn up your Sena or other bluetooth device to get get a "loud" experience. So they do cut quite a few decibels out of your music... which is to be expected. Sometimes when putting on my helmet they come loose and you will notice it when one side is louder than the other, but this is common with many types of ear plugs.
All around, its a great buy, does what you expect it to, and comes in a super convenient carry case that clips to your keys.

Excellent versatility, strong materials, comfortable fit. This thing does not have a ton of gee-wiz pockets that are almost useless. This is designed for the smart packer, who with some creativity can pack a whole lot of stuff in the back pack. The quadralock system is heaven on the shoulders since it plants all the weight on your chest. Strong zippers, strong materials, with optional camel back.
You can't go wrong with this backpack.

Good quality jacket, air flows nicely. However I am between sizes, 4XL is too large and 3XL is too small, so I have both. I'm using the 4XL currently and will move to the 3XL as I shrink.
The zippers are a huge pain sometimes, constantly binding and "eating themselves". You must take care when zipping, they appear sturdy, but sometimes bind. The waterproof lining works well for a wind breaker in the cooler temps but makes the jacket feel slightly bulky. I find with there rain liner in it catches too much wind and causes the back pad to push up which sometimes catches the helmet. Again, this could be due to my sizing issue.
Overall, a pretty good quality jacket, and some decent features. I particularly like the belt loops to keep the jacket down and adjustable bottom to form a tighter seal to the body. Armor seems of fair quality.

The Nolan N43 Trilogy is and amazingly versatile helmet. It has fantastic visibility and features like the removable chin bar, a sunshade, included visor, included pin-lock insert, and extra padding insert for the chin bar.
Pros: Light, Included Removable Chin Bar, Included Pin lock Insert, Included Sun Shade, Included Visor, Awesome Visibility, Communication Ready, Great Value
Cons: Poor Single Vent, Sun Shade does not come down far enough, ear area not carved for glasses wearers.
Other: Noisy, but it is not a Full Face Helmet so that is to be expected.
I bought this helmet because I was riding with a 3/4 helmet with face shield and want a bit more protection and something that would be a bit warmer in the colder months. I tried several true full face helmets but could not get used to squeezing my head through the bottoms. So I then went with modular helmets, but could not find the right fit comfort and I couldn't stand the limited visibility, it gave me a too enclosed feeling. I finally tried the Nolan N43 Trilogy since I already had a 3/4 helmet and loved the fit, ease of getting it on / off, and this one has a removable chin bar for added protection.
This thing works as advertised, the helmet is comfortable, good looking, and feature rich. The sun shade is a dark smoke and moves freely. The chin bar is easily removed and replaced. The outer visor is clear, and comes with a pin lock insert that keeps fog off your shield and works very well. I ended up buying a silver mirrored shield for privacy and some sun protection. The detents and very good for ventilation, and the outer visor moves in a very smooth and firm motion for the various detents.
Now for some complaints.... the sun visor while has a very smooth operation, does not come down far enough for my liking. It comes down far enough for you to look through it, but in your lower peripheral you can see where it stop which is a bit annoying. The top vent is singular, small, and does not seem to vent all that much, but this is not really a problem since the nature of the helmet is that it's not totally wind sealed like a full face, so you still get ventilation. Next, the inner liner, while very comfortable, would benefit from some more ear space. I ride with earbuds in and sometimes this pressure combined with my glasses makes my ears uncomfortable and requires me to move the helmet a bit to get blood to my earlobes. This however, is not a problem if you do not wear glasses and ear buds at the same time. Finally, the chin bar. It is fantastic, but this helmet is very round and I found that my chin is presses right up against the chin bar. While this is not a deal breaker and it is also not uncomfortable, it makes for a very tight fit up front. The one positive thing to this fit is that when wind starts to grab the helmet your chin helps stabilize the movement. There is a liner that comes with the helmet that attaches to the chin bar for comfort and to act as a wind curtain. I have yet to try it but I looks as comfortable as the rest of the lining.
In summary, this helmet has tons of features, options, and toys. Is communication ready (comm system not included) and work VERY well for someone who wants more protection than a traditional 3/4 helmet but can't stand the fishbowl feeling of a full face.
