i'm a gs rider with the heated grips, anthony from revzilla said with heated grips this could be a four season glove. at 40 deg. the air chamber was to cold. but at 18 deg. the dry camber was still warm enough. The versatility of this glove is the best i've ever known. protection seems very good as well, but i haven't put them to that test yet. great job held and great job antony.....

after bmw recomended heidenau, I watched antony's review on revzilla, then read all feedback, and decided to give them a try. the first front tire had an imperfection, causing a wobble at high speed. they replaced the tire quickly and at no expense to me. when opertunity presented itself i took my f650gs to triple digets with no wobble or vibration. this tire sticks in the turns as good as any street tire i've used, and off road i went places a bmw doesn't usually go. great tire give it a try.

Is this glove warm enough to handle spring and fall in the NE?
Am looking at either this or the Held Evo Thrux to replace a Joe Rocket Highside as a typical 3 season commuter/tourer. Seems the Held air n dry would outperform the Thrux in the summer but am wondering how well it would do at typical spring and fall temps in the NE in keeping hands warm enough? Does the liner add any warmth at all? Can the air n dry be stretched out to a 3 season glove or is is better suited to a 2 season (late spring, summer and early fall)? Perhaps a better question is what would be a good temperature range for this glove?
I live in Pa. have been using the air n dry daily at 18 deg. 70mph i think it to be a 4 season glove

Added bulk?
wondering about the added bulk of having the Gore-Tex layer stashed in 'Air' mode. If it's hanging out against the top of your hand, doesn't that negate some of the airflow coming in from the vents? Is the bulk noticeable/distracting?
i've been using the gortex chamber every morning in the dark i have no trouble using the controls. Held made a great product.

NE Winters?
I'm wondering if this glove would be warm enough for a 10 to 15 minute commute at about 40 mph in anything from 20-30 degree temps? I have a pretty high cold tolerance and get warm rather easily.
i've been using the glove daily here in pa. it has been 18 deg. 4 of the last 6 mornings and my hands could not have been happier. but i do have heated grips. my commute is about 20 min. at 55 to 75 mph.

Enough protection for adv\touring?
I'm looking for a good adventure riding glove, 50/50 on road, off road that's light enough to allow great tactile feel of the controls. I find some are a little bulky. This glove seems to offer the temperature flexibility, just wondering if there's enough protection there, or would you suggest something else better suited to off road?
i've been using the Held air and dry as cold as 18 deg. and as warm as 75deg. I can't imagine a better glove, the look feel and quality are all top notch. the price may seem to sting but one glove for all conditions. think of the money you'll save in the long run.
