Look, I know you can make an axle tool from nuts and bolts etc, but why waste your time? You'd expect to pay about the same for a set a sockets of lesser quality, so pop the few bucks and put this in your tool kit. It's a well forged piece of equipment, much as you'd expect from Motion Pro. I ordered it with my front tire and did the swap in my driveway without opening the garage door for extra tools. (until I had to get the air hose from my compressor to set the new tire on the bead. Haven't sorted that bit out yet.) It's handy, looks cool and when you help a friend on the side of the road, you'll be extra glad you bought it.

I've put about 1.1k miles on the rear tire. Front is stock Continental with sufficient life. There is 'slight' road noise, not significant enough to be heard over wind. Vibration? Perhaps, but again... slight. Dirt roads, the tire is great. Gravel, hard pack and even turf, the tire grabs well. Loose soil, mud and/or sand? Well, it's not an 'off road' tire, now is it? Put tire on in my driveway, without balancing. Had the bike up over 90 with ZERO oscillation. Wet? Well, I don't know any tire I REALLY trust in the rain, with tar snakes running everywhere. Tire performs well in standing water and appears to evacuate water well. However, it does seem to be a little less grabby than I'd like. Pound for pound, I'd buy again. Save $? Sure... if I were doing a 2-UP Road tour, no thank you. But for solo, mixed conditions etc.. Shinko gets my nod.

Bought the helmet for my girlfriend who's never rode before. At first we bought the AFX DS-39. Personally I felt the features: buckle vs D-ring, shield mechanism, vents etc., Were better on the DS-39. It's really a toss up. Both are decent helmets for the money. She wanted all white and like the style of the Trekker. Done. hahahaa

When the package arrived (super fast shipping... thx RevZ) I thought the box was empty. My 6 year old son carried the box to my office and we opened it. The entire time, saying "it's empty, they shipped an empty box". This helmet is SUPER LIGHT. Fit is a perfect. I wear a 2XL. Sides are snug and you won't be installing a chatterbox on this baby. Liner materials are TOP notch and super comfortable. Over 350 miles wearing this helmet now. 90+ miles of which were OFFROAD. Visibility is fantastic. With the shield in the full up position, some may complain that it doesn't go ALL THE WAY out of sight. Meh... it's fine. The shield mechanism is solid and has a very reassuring feel to it. At 80mph, I did notice some peak "chatter", but titled my head down a bit and whooosh. Made an adjustment to my windscreen and now it's gone all together. Styling is great, loads of compliments. Have yet to wear it with goggles, but I'm sure it will be great. I bought this helmet SOULY based on Revzilla's video and customer reviews. THANK YOU REVZILLA!!!!!!
