After being caught in a few downpours, I had been looking for some rain gear but the Harley stuff is very pricey. I'm also a bit of a difficult fit, usually requiring a large in the pants and an XL to fit my chest and shoulders, so matched 2-piece sets don't usually work well for me. I went down to the RevZilla Philly showroom and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. I had heard good things about Tourmaster gear, so I was pretty focused on that brand, but the first one piece I tried on was a good fit for me. I rated it only 4 for protection and durability, but that's only because I haven't owned it long enough or had to use it often enough yet to verify it's durability. Protection is great though. Later that same day that I bought it, I got caught in the rain. I quickly pulled over, under cover and threw on my new suit. It kept me dry and comfortable the rest of the way home. Very pleased with my purchase and thankful to the RevZilla staff. They really do go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase.

I had been wearing a Bell Star Carbon, which I loved with the exception of it being a noisy helmet. I went down to the Philadelphia showroom with the intent on buying some rain gear and also ended up with the Schuberth C3. I wore a Medium in the Bell Star and also ended up in a Medium with the Schuberth. The Schuberth is more of a snug fit, however, not uncomfortably so. It is a very comfortable and QUIET helmet. NOTE: On the first ride, once up to highway speeds, I thought that all the hype about it being so quiet was overrated. I was hearing wind noise similar to what I had experienced with the Bell Star (although not quite as loud). Then I realized that the visor was in the "city" position. To close the visor properly for highway speeds, you need to push down and you will hear/feel a positive click that locks the visor into position. This eliminates any lingering wind noise. Air flow is good, but I rated it a 3 because it does not feel quite as good as the Bell Star. Pinlock visor seems to work well and I didn't experience any fogging. I've read some people commenting about the chin strap being uncomfortable. You can adjust the chin strap and once I did, it eliminated what minor discomfort I was experiencing.
Another important note is that the staff at Revzilla are extremely pleasant and helpful. They are very well informed and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure you are getting a product that fits your needs and will be happy with. In this day and age, good customer service is difficult to come by, but at Revzilla, it is alive and well!

C3 size comparison

Hello, I took a size L in a scorpion exo500. Wild the Schuberth c3 be a size L or would I need to go to a size XL? Thanks.
I was wearing a Bell Star Carbon before purchasing the Schuberth C3. My Bell Star was a medium and I also ended up in a medium with the C3. I would recommend following the Schuberth recommendations for sizing as a starting point. My C3 fits more snugly than the Bell did, but it is not uncomfortable at all to me.
