After reviewing what others had written, I chose this boot to fit my needs and my very particular feet. I have a high arch and do not like internal arch supports. These boots allow the removal of the supplied arch support and they have an adjustable side strap so that you can choose how tightly you want the boot to fit the top of your foot. :)
In addition, I have walked all around shopping and they are extremely comfortable. (I did add a gel insert in place of the supplied arch support.)
The toe box is perfect for wider feet and fits the shifter perfectly. I usually take a size 12 to get the width I need and this product is a 12-12.5 sizing, 47 Euro). Feels solid on the pegs, good traction.The boots are easy to slip on and off since the side opens up widely and the adjustable straps on the side let your feet get into and out of the boots easily.
The boots are tall yet do not rub the bare leg. I may get higher socks to see if that works out even better. I have not ridden with the jeans tucked inside the boots at this point.
Have only ridden in 80 degree weather so far and they are extremely comfortable. After taking them off the socks are damp, not abnormal for any boot. Hoping they can take the summer heat as well.

How high do these boots rise in front and back?
I currently wear a military type boot @ 9 inches high, I Prefer a higher cut to low cut boots.
I am 5'11" tall. When seated these boots are 9" below the top of the knee cap. They are even around the top not slanting to the front or back.
