Great fit and look but weird construction materials.Buy the black one.

Really comfortable and track-looking jacket. Holds all the armor you can throw at it and ventillation is superb. Really
like the way it fits ,and from a distance people think its a leather race jacket. However , here's an issue I have , the nylon thread they used to construct this jacket ,ie: in all the mesh areas, seems to fray, unravel
and puff out like a cotton ball at the slightest introduction to any velcro adjustment straps at many areas of the jacket. I found when I first pulled it out of the box , the velcro strap at the neck had somehow already came into contact with part of this mesh section of the jacket and when I pulled it loose , left a noticeable puffball of vinyl thread showing. Additionally since my jacket is the mostly white one with black trim , the fraying is very noticeable. Since this jacket proved to be hard to find and I think discontinued , I m gonna hang onto it. I really don't think the fraying affects the strength of the jacket in any way , but its a bother trying to be super careful putting the jacket on and not having any velcro come in contact with the mesh.Probably not nearly as noticeable on a black jacket. Based on this , I think it's a little overpriced.

I ride a harley fxr. is the Alpinestars T-GP-R Air mesh a suitable jacket for cruiser riders or is it sports type of jacket primarily. Thanks in advan
It's a track-looking jacket mostly. I have one that i actually zip to a pair of leather GP/Track pants i have as they have a nice perimeter zipper that fits any AlpineStars pants, Not really meant for the track , but really nice and airy jacket for canyon riding in the summer.

Could we get a view of the back for the Black, Black and White colors?
