I was looking for an alternative to the hassle of loss of sound quality of constantly moving earbuds so I read the reviews regarding this unit and I read 98% positive reviews about the unit with regard to music and the ability to hear it clearly. After buying the unit and maticulously installing the speakers in a position in my helmet(Icon alliance threshold)to where it was like holding the speakers right against my ears, I have to be brutally honest and say that I should have listened to the advise of the 2% of people who said that it wasn't worth it. It sounded great when I tried the helmet on after the install, but then I took it for a test run on the freeway and FORGET IT!!!! I couldn't hear ANYTHING but my bike and the wind. This leaves me to conclude one of two things: either I got a defective unit or , everyone who reviewed this thing and said they could hear it good never rides above 40 mph or on the freeway because at 60+ mph YOU WILL NOT HEAR YOUR MUSIC!!! And I'm telling you my speakers lay centered perfectly right up next to my ears. As far as the phone and other communication aspects I can't testify to that because I haven't tried them yet but to me that's irrelevant anyway because as I said my main reason for the purchase was for music. I don't really care about talking on the phone when I ride.....

will this fit any of my 3 helmets

I have 3 helmets AVG stealth, Shark, HJC carbon fiber?
Please let me know prior to purchasing
Based on my experience on the install I'd say it can be installed in any full face or open face helmet.
