If you find yourself riding after dark and during bright daylight then this is the shield/visor for you. I work nights, so it is dark when I drive to work, then in the morning I am caught riding into the rising sun. This shield handles both situations perfecty. Now I don't have to carry an extra shield with me. The shield lightens and darkens fairly quickly. When fully dark it is close to light smoke instead of a dark smoke but it seems to cut glare very well. I don't feel I need to wear sunglasses along with the shield. The shield is expensive so I hope it lasts for quite a while without losing it's transition effectiveness. Price is really the only negative with this shield. But I rated it a 4 out of 5 for price and it would be nice if it did get a little darker.

I don't think you can find a better warm weather leather jacket. I have worn this jacket in temperatures as high as 85 degrees with no problem at all. This jacket flows air very well to keep you cool. It fits well and all the adjustments for the waste and sleeves keeps the jacket from flapping at higher speeds. The body armor is well located and unobtrusive so you forget it is even there. The only negative I have ever found with this jacket is with the liner. The liner is only a vest and does nothing to stop the air flow on your arms in colder weather. You are better off wearing a flannel shirt under the jacket then using the liner vest. This was the only reason I could not give it five stars in all categories. For warm weather riding this jacket cannot be beat in my opinion.

The Cortech DSX denim motorcycle jacket was a great buy to say the least. It comes with a great full liner that lines the sleeves and chest area and has color coded connection points for easy installation if you have not used the liner in a while. I have worn this versatile jacket in Michigan weather from 50 degrees to 85 degrees with no problems at all. My leather jacket has seen little use since purchasing this jacket. I liked it so much I bought another for a spare. This is definitely some of the best money I have ever spent on an item. The jackets were a great price, well packaged and shipped very quickly by Revzilla. Overall a great shopping experience.
