Great glove but man these fit small. I usually run large on my MX gloves because I like them tight and wear large on some other street gloves too so I ordered the large and had to send them back to exchange for XL and they are still VERY tight. I thought they would stretch out a but but after 1000 miles they are still real tight. If I order this pair of gloves again or any AStar's for that matter, I will get XXL.
How do they perform? Very well actually. Thankfully I have not crash tested them but so far they seem to be holding up well and hands have great dexterity and feel in them, yet they feel well protected. The palm sticks to the grips like glue. They don't seem to breathe as well as I had hoped but that may be because I am running a size too small.
Hope it helps.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Large
Runs a bit small but that is typical with the brand. I am an avid cyclist and weightlifter with a 44-46" chest and a 34" waist and at 6'1" x 230lbs the XL is almost too small. The XXL is slightly too large on me and I would rather it fit snug than loose. That said, this jacket is a great value for the price point. Here in Texas it is 104 degrees today and felt great at lunch, although stop lights are killer. I have taken the chest pads and liner out of mine for the time being but as the weather cools off I will put them back in. So far the only thing that bothers me is the velcro neck closure. I have a large neck and the jacket is a little restrictive in that area but it does not bother me enough to wear one of my other jackets. Overall I love the jacket and would recommend it highly at this price point.
